Norton 360 tagging urls, calling them scams

The past couple of days on two separate occasions Norton has flagged urls that seem totally legit, one with www.google.com and today talk.washingtonpost.com, saying the latter is a phishing scam. this also appeared with a msg from where i don’t know, but on the site t said tthere was a network error. whose network error? mine? I recently have been having things coming up that refer to network errors. I don’t know what’s going on but could you address the first thing I brought up that came from Norton 360. It opens in a Norton window and gives the option of saving it is incorrect which is what i checked. this is somethng I’ve not encountered before i wrote to MS forum and they sent a complicated tix having to do with Developer Tools in Chrome that is way beyong my ken… thanks
