Help !! I have a new (2 month old ) laptop running on windows 8 and IE10. I had PC world to load Norton 360 for me from new and everything has worked well for the last couple of weeks. Then during the week, I've lost th Norton taskbar, including the password reminder. In that time I have neither altered or downloaded anything which could have messed up te pc.
I've gone into IE settings and the norton product is listed but shown as disabled, and it will not enable at all. I have researched other postings and tried other suggestions, but to no avail. I remember having this problem on an older pc and after upgrading to the latest version, all worked again. Any thoughts ? This is really frustrating with a brand new pc and a new norton product.
