I subscribed with Norton 360 on April 12th for a year subscription. However, even though Norton says I have 119 days left till I have to renew, suddenly everything in Norton shut off and it is claiming that I must renew my subscription. After trying numerous solutions, I found that the trial for Norton had run out but the real account should be still active until April 2012. When I click to download Norton 360, it says the installation is successful, and nothing happens, since Norton is actually on my computer. When I click to renew the trial, it takes me to the page to pay for another subscription.
Other computers that have the same subscription as this computer are fine, so I believe it's a possible problem with the trial version expiring. However, I can't remove it, and I can't get Norton to work again on my computer. It seems to be mixing the trial and real version.
I love using Norton, but if I have 119 days left, I don't want to pay for another subscription. Is there a way around this? Any help would be very appreciated.

Please goto your EDIT:Norton account and find the Norton360 under Products tab-> Click download next to it then start download
Some people will download the N360downloader.exe and think that the download is completed once that file is downloaded you have to run it to install the N360 in your computer. And as the download is directly from your Norton account it will not ask for the Product Key (Activation Key). Keep us posted...
Hi dick we don't use any tools to guide the customers to download it from the right and the best place ( Norton a/c) ...

No tools? You do everything by hand? I'm impressed!
