Norton 360 Tuneup Not working after 5 hours analysis only

I have initiated N360 Tuneup. Left it running and 5 hours later ti was still showing

anaylsis without a resolution. I had to abort it. How do I run Tuneup as previously when it took

lkess than 30 minutes?
