Norton 360: Unable to Access Secure Online Storage for Document Retrieval

I'm assuming that part of the rebuilding process was a new Install of N360.  When you did this did you use the same norton account as you did with the previous install had used?  The secure online storage is tied to the norton account.

Yes, this was a new install of 360 upon rebulding my laptop.  Unfortunately, I don’t recall being promtped to login to MyNortonAccount when I did the reinstall.  Could that be what is causing me to not see my Online Storage?

It certainly could be. Click “My Account” on the Norton 360 main page, and “Access Norton Account”. This will prompt you for your account information, linking this product to your Online Backup storage data. Please let us know if this resolves the problem for you. Thanks!

This failed.  Upon selecting Access Norton Account, I was taken to the Web login page; of which I logged in.  I then proceeded to change the location of where my stored files were.  The source location shows nothing.  Sorry...

Your best bet at this point is to contact our Customer Support Team directly through the Help & Support section of Norton 360. They’ll be able to access your account and your product and ensure they are synchronized. Please let us know how this works for you. Thanks!
