I just installed the N360 v.6.0 update--which didn't make me happy because it screwed up my computer until I restarted it. The Identity Safe Toobar has been replaced by the Vault toolbar--which didn't make me happy because there was no documentation that this change had been made; I first thought all my Identity Safe logins and my configuration had been lost until I figured out the IS password would work for the Vault.
And now for the problem. FF 17 doesn't recognize that I updated N360 and still sees the old versions of N360 and IS so it's disabled the IS toolbars. What's really pissing me off is that FF and Norton seem to be battting the responsiblity for this mess back and forth and WE'RE in the middle. I hate it when a company like Norton says "We've fixed the problem!" when they clearly haven't. I still have to bounce back and forth between Norton and FF to see how to get FF to recognize the Norton updates and enable the toolbars.
