Norton 360 update Version 4: When you right click a file, "Scan With Norton" is missing

Just updated to Norton 360 version 4 and when you right click for "Scan With Norton" , the Norton symbol is present but you can not scan. The icon does nothing, how do you convert back to the old version that works.
