The latest version of Norton 360 is Norton 360 2.4. As you are using the Norton 360 V1 and you have valid subscription for it, you are eligible for the free upgrade to the 2.4 version.
While upgrading to the 2.4 version, it will prompt you to remove the current version you are using. I think that is what you have encountered.
You can install the 2.4 version from the link http://www.norton.com/n360 .
The Firefox issue will be resolved once you install the latest version.
All fixed and all set; thank you so much!
Chere
thanks much - just what I needed

When you use NRNR are you using the Advanced Options > Remove Only? If not, some remnants of the old install that were causing your issue might still be included with your new install.
Have you tried from the classic interface clicking Help > Get Support to check your current install?
Thanks.
I just did a 3rd restart and My Norton showed up along with a new icon on my desktop.
These installs by Norton are strange by my standards.
I have My Norton with my 22.22.9.11

xjoex:It also appears they have eliminated the VPN or at least I have been unable to find it. Anyone find the VPN for this new version?
I find Secure VPN with 22.22.9.11

They have eliminated My Norton in favor of the Classic Interface and do have a More Norton which looks like it is designed to get you to your Norton Account Online.
Thanks!
