Norton 360 V.2.0 - Email scanner faulty

Did you try to enable the option in the settings?

Yes I did, just forgot to say that earlier, I checked the sttings box for ‘scan incoming emails’, but everytime i click fix, it goes green then goes back to the red ‘x’.

According to the below document, the current solution is to run the Norton Removal Tool and reinstall the product:
