Norton 360 V.21 Identity Protection Vault is not working for Google Chrome V. 32.0.1700.76 on my Windows 7 64 bit PC.

I updated Norton.

I updated Chrome.

Still no vault shows up.

How can this be fixed?

Thank you for the live update suggestion. I have done it every day now for 7 days and the Norton Identity Vault for Google Chrome is still not working. Are other people not having this same problem?

No, they don't seem to be. The final round of necessary fixes was released yesterday, so that should do it for anyone who's issue was due to the broken connections between Chrome and Norton. Did you keep running LiveUpdate (and rebooting where directed) until it told you that you now have all the latest updates? And have you made sure you've closed all Chrome browser windows--and preferably rebooted at least once--since downloading the updates?

 

If not, try that now. If so, we'll keep working to try to identify any issues in your system or environment that might still be interfering. Sorry to hear you're still having trouble.
