A couple of days ago i was manually updating Norton 360's definitions when the program read that an update to the software was available.
So i updated to version 22.5.4.24 as instructed but since i have been getting a critical error when i left click on the start menu.
The error reads as follows 'Critical error Your Start menu isn't working. we'll try to fix it the next time you sign in.' it gives me the option to sign out
now, but upon doing so, the same error pops up when i click on the start menu after signing in again.
I have tried uninstalling Norton and rebooting and the start menu works but once i reinstall Norton the problem returns.
Does anyone have and solutions or advice or has anyone had the same problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
