Norton 360 v.5 -- Cannot modify "Settings" ("Detailed Settings" or "Quick Controls")

 Norton 360 v.5.1.0.29 -- I cannot modify "Settings" ("Detailed Settings" or "Quick Controls").  Except for the Quick Control "Identity Safe," all of the items are in gray and cannot be accessed, even when running Norton 360 as the administrator.  OS: Windows 7.  Any suggestions on how to remedy this problem?  I have not been able to locate any other posts about this sort of problem.

First thing I would try is to reboot your system.  Sometimes this is enough to fix minor problems.  Let us know how you get on.
