hi, i'm trying to install the Norton 360 v2 but in the middle of installation it says The file 'SymIMV.sys' on Symanyec Network Security Intermediate Filter Driver is needed.
It says to type the path where it is located, i tried to locate it but couldnt, now my installation is stuck and i have already uninstalled the previous norton.
please help me, tanx
Hi mgtgrace
Did you use the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your previous Norton installation, and if not, please run it then try the installation again.
Let us know how you go
Thanks

Hi
Yes, it may be best to do a complete uninstall using the Norton Removal Tool, then reinstall N360.
Let us know.
Thanks
