Thanks -- let's see if anyone can help.
BTW Are you referring to on-line storage provided by Norton or on your own disk?
Running XP SP3
Have been in contact with support. I am supposed to have 7 GB of storage. Currently it shows 6.6 GB out of 12 GB. I have tired everything Support has told me to do which is the following: Delete everything from storage and try again; run a restore files and then delete all files and try again; delete all internet history, windows history, cookies, downloaded files; reactivate product; last idea was them to give me 5 GB more of storage to bring me to 7.5 GB out of 12 GB. Anyone know why this happened. I am due to renew soon and I am not too confident about their backup program.
Sorry online storage provided by Norton
Hi adiralph,
I would like to help you get your online backup issues taken care of. I'm sorry I didn't see this thread earlier.
Having read your description I am a little unclear as to exactly what you are having trouble with. You said that you are supposed to have a 7 GB online storage account? But you have 12 instead? I don't quite understand.
If you would like me to have a look at your account, please send me an email with the email you used to register your Norton account and I would be happy to take a look at your account and hopefully help you figure out whatever you are having trouble with.
