Hey, am really confused over which program (or both?) should control spam filters. Please could someone give simple pointers on
which way to go? We get about a dozen real emails in a day and maybe 200 spam.....
Currently some spam goes into the 'junk' folder in outlook (we use 4 email addresses off our own domain that funnel thru our isp a/c and then into outlook). Nothing goes into the 'norton antispam folder' although now some messages in both the 'inbox' and the 'junk' folder have 'spam' inserted into the message title. Sometimes they are spam & sometimes not. Getting really confused.
Am I supposed to integrate norton with outlook & how do I find that instruction?
A tech mate ages ago said we should only run one, ie either norton antispam or the outlook junk filter. Don't think that still holds?
cheers
