Norton 360 V4 Startup says uistub.exe has compatible issue with Windows 7

We have been using Norton 360 (version 3)  for about 9 months and very happy with the product..   Comprehensive scans ran in a couple of hours under Vista.   We upgraded to Windows 7 earlier this month and the comprehensive scan virus/spyware took 12 hours +.   I thought the problem was Norton so upgraded to Version 4 but scans took just as long.   I used the Norton removal tool (once) and reinstalled - funny the reinstall did not ask for product key.   The comprehensive scan ran in 2-4 hours but when opening Norton I get a window stating the program has capability issue - the windows list Norton360\4.0.0.127\uistub.exe.  

 

I can't locate any compatibility issue with this file.   but did find a thread saying the Norton Removal tool should be run several times.

 

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

No it does not because the NRT does not remove license information for obvious reasons.
