Norton 360 V5.0 Livedate will not update antivirus definitions

I have installed Norton 360 V5.0 on three of my computers. I installed it on Vista and Windows XP and it works fine on those two computers. But when I try to run it on my computer which uses Windows XP, it will not run antivirus definitions. The explanation I get is as follows. “Unable to connect to network proxy server. Please check your proxy settings. Error 8921,252” Can anyone help me. I am not that computer literate. I have no idea how to check my settings for proxy server. When I was troubleshooting, Norton asked me if they could set the proxy server. When I clicked on it, it said I do not have a connection and they couldn’t do anything. Yet my email and internet work. PLEASE HELP!!!

What the Get Support / One Click Support function report?  You can run this from the HELP menu on the main page of N360.
