Norton is acting as a messenger and the actual message is most likely coming from your ISP's email. I would suggest that you check to see if your email settings are correct according to your ISP. What emall ports are being used? If you are using ports other than 25 and 110, Norton doesn't scan them. Thanks.

Yes it is correct except one thing I have to check the address for the incoming mailling server ( POP) the current address that I am using now is: pop.business.com.fr,,,,it might be : mail.business.com.fr,,,,,,,,,,,,,this is made it address
