Norton 360 V5 421 Message rejected

Dear Experts

 

I tried to search google for this error:

 

norton 421 message rejected

My client is using outlook 2003 and he has Norton 360 V5.0.0.125 installed on 5 PCs desktop so far 3 of them between time to time pop up this message:

 

421 Message rejected

How can I overcome this issue ?

Norton is acting as a messenger and the actual message is most likely coming from your ISP's email. I would suggest that you check to see if your email settings are correct according to your ISP. What emall ports are being used?  If you are using ports other than 25 and 110, Norton doesn't scan them. Thanks.

I am using those ports (25 and 110).

 

I realized that this message happened recently it was not there before!!!

Yes it is correct except one thing I have to check the address for the incoming mailling server ( POP) the  current address that I am using now is:  pop.business.com.fr,,,,it might be : mail.business.com.fr,,,,,,,,,,,,,this is made it address

 

Do you thing that could cause the problem ?
