Norton 360 v5 diagnostic report says that my printer doesn't have drivers?

My norton diagnostic report keeps saying that I don't have drives for my HP Officejet j4680, but the drivers are installed and working properly after I've uninstalled and re-installed many times and the report never changes it still says that the drives are not installed. I've been in contact with Norton support and with HP support and know one knows why this is happening they both say to ignore the problem if it's working but then the problem is not solved.Does anyone else have this problem or am I the only one?and can someone PLEASE tell me if there is a solution to this problem!!!!!
