Hey, I'm running windows 7 on my new Toshiba p750/03 and after starting if for the first time and setting it up, I installed Norton 360 which I brought a 3 yr subscription at the computer store.after I installed it I realized that the virus definitions hadn't been updated in about a year so I clicked live update, after the update I was asked to restart the computer and so I did, then once the computer restarted I got the same message again, and same thing every time I restart or shut down the computer can't access Norton either.
If you did not intend the above to be a blank message please repost so we can read it.
Can you also tell us a little more about how you got into this situation? Is this a new install? Upgrade? Is the opoerating system up to date? Anything else you can think of that might be useful in trying to understand what's happening and how to fix it
