I just upgraded from Norton 360 to Norton 360 v5 hoping to resolve a LiveUpdate being non-responsive. Under the upgraded Norton 360 v5, my LiveUpdate hangs and still seems to freeze forever. As I click for Norton Support, I get Error 8504,100.
I'm running under Windows Vista Business SP2

Now after multiple tries this month and repeatin the steps, I keep working my way to step 11...Live Update still hangs (although no error 8504,100 pops up) with the Status = "Starting". While in the "hang mode" since CPU usage is minimal, I use One Click Customer support. After the online scan of Norton, all is green (i.e no common problems).
Please advise on how to deal with Live Update. Thanks.
