Hi, I bought online a copy of Norton 360 V7.0 on 25 August 2015; I have tried to activate a download of Norton 360 from Symantec using the key; a message pops up that the key isn't for this product? It is successfully installed on my wife's and one another machine. What am I doing wrong?
