I am frustrated! I have used the Norton 360 and the Vault for over 2 years now and never had a problem, until recently. Every time I try to log into my vault it says "opening" and then a couple minutes later it says "you session has timed out, please make sure your internet connection is secure" (or something to that affect). Please help me get this fixed, I do not like that it no opening. I have NOT changed emails, internet providers, computers or anything. I cannot even change my password without getting in.
