Hi

Before I download and install the norton 360 version 2.0 update, it says on this page

http://www.symantec.com/home_homeoffice/support/special/upgrade2007/product_n360_download.jsp

"Warning: If you currently have the Add-on Pack installed, you need to save your settings before installing Norton 360 version 2.0. If you do not save your settings first, they will be lost"

How can I check if the Add-on Pack is installed on my computer? Someone else installed Norton 360 for me in January 2008.

Thanks

Lee

If you go to the Help & Support menu on the main Norton 360 window, and click About Norton 360, in the about box you will see the Add-on Pack version #.

This will indicate if you have Add-on Pack installed.

Matt

I don't know what operating system you are running, but if you go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs (or just Programs for Vista), it should be in the list of installed programs.

Let us know how you get on, thanks.
