How do I uninstall Norton 360 version 22.24.7.8?

I run Windows 10. I have tried the solutions on the help

provided on the customer support website.

If the NRnR tool does not work, try these advanced steps:

The new Norton Remover tool does not work well with the older 22.x.x.x versions of 360.

Download and run the older Norton removal and reinstall tool from www.norton.com/nrnr . It is advisable to use the Advanced Options > Remove Only feature to get a cleaner uninstall.

Thank you for your reply. First note that I have a license for 10 subscriptions for Norton 360 Deluxe that I purchased through Amazon and installed 2 of those subscriptions with no issues. I noted that I had Windows 10, but I have Windows 11. I do not have Norton Family. I tried the Remover and loading the Safe Mode. All with no change in the outcome. I have tried downloading a new version of Norton 360 Deluxe some 30+ times after rebooting / turning the machine off, waiting for the installation to finish, loaded up the Control Panel and tried to uninstall the Norton 360 from there. In addition, I even tried to uninstall my Norton Ultimate Utilities, but it did not uninstall. FYI the computer with the problem is the same model as one above where the installation was successful. I will try the NRNR address you mention in your comments.. Perhaps that will make a difference.

I want to thank the commenter (bjm GURU?) that helped me with this issue yesteday! The NRnR tool that you recommended worked and removed the 22.24.7.8 version of Norton on my computer so I could reinstall my Norton software..
