I recently had trouble accessing Norton 360 on my Windows PC. It occurred after downloading Norton Utilities Premium, though that is perhaps not related. My Norton Icon disappeared and will not open from any screen. I installed Norton Family a while back though did not care for it and have not used it since the initial try. I want to remove and reinstall 360, but the directions are that you must uninstall Family. Family does not appear anywhere in my app list and I cannot uninstall it. I tried the Remove and Reinstall without the removal of Family, but no change. After the new 360 window appears, it directs you to "click here to activate". Since it won't open, I cannot get to that step. The Norton web site says I am protected, but I cannot access any features.
