I have a Windows 7 machine and I have installed and reinstalled Norton 360 (using the Norton removal tool before reinstalling). I can't launch Norton 360 in order to change setting, start a scan, anything. I can independently launch Live Update and have confirmed that there are no more updates to apply. What should I do?
