Norton 360 won't launch using macOS Catalina version 10.15.7

Installed Norton 360 twice, icon shows up in launcher and on task bar but won't open up. Bounches a couple times and than nothing. Catalina 10.15.7

Don't know if it is related but everything that does open up takes a long time.

So your control center doesn't show an abnormal amount of memory usage against the installed memory? Just a thought.

Doesn't appear to address my problem. I don't have anything open when I try to open Norton 360
