After re-installing Norton 360 on my PC (Windows 7 - SP1) it gets to the last screen "Starting, Please Wait..." and just stays like that and doesn't change at all for hours. I have tried the Norton Removal Tool software to remove everything and then re-install it, but it has not helped at all. I am now 3 days into trying to work out why this is happening. Also, the reason I originally removed Norton to re-install it was because it was broken or something and was blocking all Internet connections.
