The so called fix for 360 and identity safe does not work. I have the latest Norton 360 as well as the latest firefox 17 and it still locks up all the browsers I have. I am running vista 32 bit. This is getting very old ! I spent an hour with Norton taking control of my computer and all they did was install an earlier version of 360 . That worked until you shut down and restart then it goes to 20.2.0.1.9 and the problem is back again. If i don't shut down everything works fine. I have used Norton for 20 + years but Im near the end and am looking for a new program. I cannot fathom there ignoring this problem !
