Hi there. I have an old computer running Norton 360 Multi Device. It expires on 7/4/2016.
I have just bought a new computer running Windows 8.1 and I would like to know if I can set up Norton on this, using the current 360 which as a few months left before renewal.
Question how to: Do I use the CD and when it says go on line to install, or do I go to my Norton account and click on the item where it says Download on the item I am using.
I was thinking of buying a new 360 but to my horror all the computer store here in where I live do not have one, they seem to be swamped out with some unknown virus system. I have asked them to order me a 360, but not heard from them since. I cannot order on line as no means to pay.
