I am using Windows Vista on my personal laptop with updated windows update.
Normally I keep all unwanted services in off mode.
As soon as i started inetmgr service (Started IIS Server) . suddenly I was under attack with series of virus.
After norton completed it task of removing (which it took approx 3 mins). I went to check what type of virus attacked me.
One of it was as seen in screen shot NortonError1.jpg. The Suspicous.Cloud.7.F
As you can see it claims that i has removed the file. but in reality the file still exists. as you can see in screen shot.
Also in screen shot [NortonError3.jpg] you can see some junk service is also added and I have no choice to remove the service
from the list.
Can anyone provide a solution on how to completely remove the traces of the junk service it has has added.
