Norton 360v3 Backup freezes after 20 mins?

I have Norton 360v3 Premier and have approx 10Gig of files to backup to online storage.   I have a problem however in that 360 hangs after about 20 mins of starting the backup process.   I find I need to press 'pause', wait 30 seconds then hit 'restart' and it then starts off again only to freeze after half an hour or so.  When i look in reports it just says backup 'Failed', no error message or anything.

Any ideas?  It has taken me a week to get about 1.5Gig uploaded so far due to this problem.
