Norton-account cannot be opened in Norton 360 Multi-Device Premier Edition

In April 2015 I bought and installed Norton 360 Multi-Device Premier Edition as an upgrade of my Norton 360 product on a PC with Microsoft Vista Business.

Since then I have three issues:

1) I cannot open My Norton Account via Norton 360 Premier Edition; I get a message that the Norton Account cannot be continued at this moment.

2) Also I don't discover/see that the Norton 360 Premier Edition is a Multi-Device product.

3) I can login to my account via Google Chrome and see the details of my account. With the latest Internet Explorer 9 (version 9.0.8112.16421) which runs on Vista Business, I can login to my account, but then I don't get the details of my account.

Please let me know if the issues 1 and 3 are due to the upgrade and if there is any solution.
