Norton Account gone missing?

In March I installed a trial copies of NIS 2009 and N360 and registered a Norton Account and received emails confirming that it had been done. After the 15 day trial I purchased a full copy of NIS 2009 and after entering the registration key my Norton Account showed that I had installed the trial version of NIS, 360 and the registered copy of NIS. I have now installed the Beta copy for Win 7 and when asked to log on to my Norton account I couldn't. Thinking I had forgotten the password I requested a new (twice) one but no email was received either time. When trying to create a new account with the same logon details it was accepted but all it shows is the installation of the trial beta version.

 

Is this going to affect my licence when I come to reinstall NIS 2009 in the future or renewing my licence?
