Recently changed internet service provider thus meaning a change to my email address which was also my NIS account logon name. Went to the account page to logon and for some reason had a blonde moment when it came to the password so clicked the option to send me a new password. Only problem is that has gone to my old expired email address and has assigned the account a new password too, thus meaning I have no hope of ever accessing my account detail ! Dumb move I know, but hopefully somebody can point me in the right direction on how to get out of this hole.
On another note (assuming I can resolve the above issue) I need advice on how I can extend my protection to cover my daughters Apple Mac. Think I only have a single user licence at the moment, but more concerned that about whether a multi-user licence can work for both a Windows7 PC and a Mac.
