I've just RENEWED my NIS. A bit long-winded; but eventually successful.
I, initially, tried through my NORTON MANAGEMENT.
The BILLING INFORMATION bounced me across to my NORTON ACCOUNT.
WHY ?
I thought it was all supposed to be a ONE STOP SHOP ?
I was then bounced across the NORTON SHOP.
So, I've logged in a few times, and entered my details a few times; very secure, but a tad confusing.
I suggest the process is managed by one system or the other; definitely not two systems.
Any thoughts on the issue would be gratefully received.

I'm no great aficionado of Cyber Space.
No, FACEBOOK, no GAMES, no SMART PHONE, no SMART TV, no TABLET, no TWITTER.
I travel light, embracing the extreme minimum reaches of SOCIAL NETWORKING. What I do possess is a grasp of hands-on chip technology, from 8-bit onwards; dating back before BBC MICRO, COMMODORE-64, ZX-Spectrum, and the birth of the Domestic Internet.
I cast no shadow, and leave no footprint on the firmament of the e-Galaxy.
My "Disk Activity LED" has more use of my PC, than I do.
"ANALOGUE", the new dawn. AK.
THE UPSIDE.
I've renewed my N360 in the last few days. Lo and behold, the navigation around the sites was seamless; only one login.

THE DOWNSIDE.
When hitting "confirm & pay", I was confronted by a niggling "do you not want autorenewal". That's not the button I hit.
I feel that once a customer has hit "confirm & pay", the process should close out.
Nobody ought to have to hit "confirm & pay" twice; in case they get charged twice.
A better scripted page is what's required. Grammatically and technically.

I better stays away from norton online store and buys my NIS from amazon or flipkart, which will have a bit lesser rate and also I’ll have a backup disk yearly.
I just visits the Norton store to be sure the rates of third party online store are reasonable.
I think the “do you want autorenewal” is a part of business and customer comfort norton store is following.

I had a punt around the "real world" Security Software Retail Outlets. I like a browse around the shops. I couldn't find anything suitably discounted; so, it's pay the Norton Shop price. My time is more valuable to me, than the N360 full price.
After all, paying the full price affords NORTON with capital funding to engineer a better product.
I would still like to hit "pay/complete" only once !

Thats right, but when buying a product from Norton store directly, I feel its a little bit more costlier in my location, rather than sold by online stores here like amazon.in and flipkart.
Where ever paid, revenue ultimately reaches Symantec. Atleast I hope so;-)…

I'd still like to see:-
