I have just Re-Newed my Norton Subscription. At the end of this process, it askes you to Sign In to your Norton Account to complete this process. Since I haven't accessed my Norton Account for about a year, I clicked on the "Forgot Your Password?", entered in my e-mail. When I looked at the e-mail, it doesn't have any temporary Password, and the "Rest Password" Web Link just brings ou back to here: Re-Set Password. Any information provided to help to re-set Password would be great, or to get this e-mail message sorted.
