Norton Account queries

As my Norton product (N360) is due for renewal soon, I am seeking clarification of the following issues:

1. I understand from the Norton website that Norton 360 has been replaced by a new product. How will I know what I am actually purchasing upon renewal? I find the information about the process very vague.

2. I am curious about the listing of devices in "My Account". In "My Account > Home", my devices are correctly listed as a single computer. However, in "My Account > Devices" , 2 device buttons are indicated as shown by the clickable buttons identified by the following symbols  III and ::: 

Also I notice all past invoices indicate 2 installations. The issue is that I only have one computer which was purchased as long ago as February, 2010, and no mobile devices.

I have cancelled the automatic product renewal until I obtain clarification of these matters, and hope I can obtain a satisfactory solution. I know matters similar to my second question have been asked previously on these forums, but I have not found any satisfactory responses, so thanks in anticipation.
