If a customer asks for some enhancements or provides suggestions, how do you get this across to us. Sorry, I'm not aware of the process and want to see if we can set something up here. Essentially, we don't want our customer suggestions to be lose visibility.
Let me think of why ithe expired products appear in the Norton Account. Perhaps you can clarify or provide your thoughts.
In the Norton Account, if you look at the product summary section, expired products still appear becuase we want to provide an option for our customers to renew. Not all the time, a customer keeps the product installed in his/her computer after the subscription expires. More often than not our alerts will either make them renew or force them to uninstall. So, when they want to renew the product at a later time, doing it from Norton Account seems the best/only way.
Shri,
With the OEM use case that you've mentioned in your thread, it seems to me like a fair point. Can you point us to any support case so we can get this across to the concerned team and see what they have to say.
Normally we post in Community and we have given some suggestion in Broken window discussion which we had . Yes we always want the customer to renew the expired product but we can remove trail product if possible .
I can see customer having lot of trail verison registered to thier account and we can also see expired product in customer Norton account it would be better If we have an option to delete this product from customer account
Currently I have 2 active two active norton accounts, each tracking various NIS installations and licenses. For efficiency - and because the email address associated with account A is going away - I really need to consolidate my licenses under one account. Is there any way to do this? I absolutely do not want to create a 3rd email address just to maintain account A.
I cannot be the first Norton user to have this dilemma but I suspect tech support will read me the "it can't be done" script anyway. That's why I hope the norton community has already figured this out and can provide some insight.
wrt my Norton Account; I see several products/services which are yet to be downloaded.
I wish to know; which of them need to be downloaded and which are not necessary to download.
Thanx!
Alhad Kothare
Welcome, The products and services you have purchased are listed. Without names I can't say which haven't been downloaded and need downloading nor can I say which do not need to be downloaded.
I would assume that you have running on your computer the products you need.
