Have the ability to delete produces from your Norton account
Hi,
Good question. I don't know the answer to that one but I'll be that one of the staff can tell both of us
Let me know
Hi n66h85l, thanks for leaving a suggestion on our community. We like to keep our customers informed of their previous subscriptions, as well as their current/active ones. Can you elaborate on what benefit your suggestion might bring? Thanks.
Products that are Grady out delete them in other words there is no need to have 5 or 6 products example is in the privies post
Thanks n66h85l. I understand *what* you want to do, just not the *why*. Any clarification is appreciated. Thanks again.

Hi Tony,
I don't know why all expired subscriptions need to be displayed in my Norton Account. They add up each year when we start a new subscription which looks cluttered to me.
Thanks,
Dave
Maybe rather than delete the list of expired products there could be a 'hide' key which would take them out of sight but still keep them available for reference or research by the user and Symantec/Norton
Just a thought
I think it is a good idea from Dick to be able to hide when e.g. you have 10 different expired items in your account. But it is always interesting to see the history.
This controversy is understandable. My suggestion is to separate CURRENT subscriptions from EXPIRED subscriptions of products. This way, customer and Norton keep a history, but expried products subscriptions would not clutter the list of current subscriptions.
