I have a 3 licensce copy of Norton 360 and have a copy installed on my pc and one copy on my laptop. The problem is somehow I have 2 accounts setup. My worry is that when I logon into one of the accounts it says setup your online backup and im concerned I will be charged for backup storage again as I setup online backup for the other account.
I think my last post was a little confusing. Here's my issue.
I have two Norton 360 accounts. One of them I used up my online storage. I logged into the other account and was presented with a screen that asked "Do I want to setup online storage?" What I'd like to know- is do I have to pay for the online storage given I already used up the free online storage on my account?
If you've fully used the available free space, that came with Norton 360, you would need to either purchase more space or purge older content. If you want any new space to add onto what you already have make sure you buy it from the account that already has online backup working. If you add it to the second Norton account you'll end up creating a new online backup account which will be separate from the other one. If this doesn't make sense or not fully address your question let me know.
