I'm really having problems getting the current version of the add on pack to be installed with Norton Internet Security 2010 in Normal mode. In fact, I had problems with getting NIS 2010 overall installed in normal mode too yesterday. Thankfully, I was able to install NIS in Safe mode with the help of Symantec's technicians, but I can't do the same with the add on pack. I know this problem(NIS 2010) was solved but now I've got a bigger issue with the add on pack and it just refuse to be reinstall, even through Safe Mode, it won't be reinstalled and that's becoming more frustrating to me as a customer. I strongly suggest that in the next build, please give the right for customers to install the main product and add on pack in Safe Mode if it doesn't work to install or reinstall them in Normal Mode. Now because of the add on pack issue, the Engineering support team is scheduled to work on my PC today, but I'm going to need more than one solution here if they're unable to succeed, please help. This happened to me once before and I solved the issues, but now's a different story. Here's the add on pack I'm talking about.
