With Firefox I get a blank page. With IE7 I get the message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage."

I’ve visited the site several times, and am able to load it every time in Firefox and IE. Are you still having problems accessing it? You might try clearing your cache and visiting the site again. Let me know if you still have problems. Thanks!
For many months I have never been able to get into Norton Advantage, although I continue to get emails from them. I always get the message "An unknown error has occurred. Please try to log in again. If the problem persists, try again later." This occurs even when I change my password, and I have "tried again" many times.
Anyone know what is wrong?

I tried witrh several browsers and it is working great here as well.
Cleaning your cache will do the trick

It's working here now with Firefox. I automatically clear my cash (and other "personal" Info) each time I exit Firefox, so I don't know what the problem was before.

What is Norton Advantage? I never heard of it until I saw this thread. It also looks like you have to be invited. I’ve been a Norton customer for over 20 years and never heard of this.

I had to copy and paste the address in my browser. Clicking on it gave me some error message probably having to do with IE7. When I tried to create a new profile I got the following message:
We searched for your email address used for your invitation and did not find it. Please use the same email address used for the invitation (you can change it later if necessary).
I will send you an email since I never got the invitation.

I received the email information for you Bob and we will be sending you an invite this week for the program.
This forum may be a great way to reach more customers for the loyalty program since we ahve only been able to reach if Symantec has your email address and not all customers want emails from Symantec.
The great thing about the loyalty program for some is that once you are enrolled you only receive news/info from Norton Advantage.
