My email changed last year so I probably was sent an email, but didn't receive it.
I know it has been a weekend and wasn't in a hurry. I just thought I'd remind whoever was handling this.

I just got my email today. Thank you! However, when I tried to log in or enroll, it keeps saying it doesn’t recognize my email address. Part of the message says I’m not using the same email address that was used in my invitation email. I am using the same one, but I keep getting the same message.
Sorry about that - I have forwarded your posting to the agency that manages the site so we will fix.

I first tried to just login because the email and password were already in place (Norton Identity Safe). That didn’t work so I clicked on the register button. That didn’t work either.

I think they’re going to work on the problem on Monday (5/12/08) or sometime during the week.
They ar working hard on this one. Just post here what you like and don't like over here. Also post here if you want "in".
It is not really necessary to keepm posting that it doesn't work. Symantec will leave a message here if it must work
