I have Norton Security. After opening Norton, cannot access the options such as settings, performance, feedback. If I run a LiveUpdate, it does not register with a date that this was run. There is a Norton Anti-Spam Plugin in Outlook 2013, which was automatically disabled as slowing Outlook and causing possible crash. I can no longer receive my emails through outlook, just keeps running showing it is downloading but does not. When opening the Internet, immediately shows multiple tabs already open, four or five tabs. This reminds me of the recent 'Trojan.gen' that I had on another PC, starting the Internet multiple times but these showed on my desktop. Is this another virus and is there a fix for this ??
