Norton and their no customer service dept

I wonder if anyone else has sat and waited an hour, got disconnected, waited another hour, got disconnected again. My reason for contacting them was poor performance, after they "fixed" it, it was worse than any computer I have ever owned. Their solution, wait for another non-English speaking agent. This company is out or their minds, I would not recommend you purchase anything from this scam company. I can barely use my computer since their "techs" screwed it up. It has taken me 45 minutes now, to type this. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE, BECAUSE ONCE NORTON GETS IT, THEY SEEM TO DISAPPEAR.
