Hi... Everytime I try to download Norton Security Suite I get with my Comcast Internet, I get this error message that says its not compatible with my OS. I have Windows 7 64 bit which is one of the OSs its suppose to work with. My husband got the Service Pack 1 hoping that might fix the problem but it hasn't. Please help..
