Is this malware?
As long as you are seeing that in the Google Play Store app, that is the legitimate latest version of the Norton 360 app.
FWIW!! I checked my version on Android 16 UI 8 Galaxy Z-Flip 5 as being version 5.122.0.250917808. Then manually ran Live Updates and received definitions version 251009-00. The latest version offered on Google Play ( Non Beta ) is as shown below.
