Norton Annual Renewal

I have had Norton for a good 10 years with no problems. However today I saw an automatic withdrawal from my checking account for the "NORTON ANNUAL RENEW 8772945265. I have never signed up for the automatic Norton renewal.  This charge I am referring to was on 4/18/11. In Feb.. of this year I purchased the 2011 Norton Antivirus with Antispyware on disc instead of download.

 

My question to anyone who may know is this: Is there any way that I can get that money back? I have Multiple Sclerosis as well as my husband therefore on a tight budget so every penny counts. Thank you to anyone that tries to help!! Christy
